Ron Paul Still Strong

While Democrats have been eating up the airwaves with the Clinton-Obama celebrity death match, Republican presidential challenger Ron Paul has been steadily amassing state delegates.

The Spokesman Review reports that up to 40 percent of delegates to the state Republican convention are dedicated to Ron Paul. That’s enough to send at least a few on to the national convention, and could make for some interesting debate. Vocal Paul delegates might be able to force John McCain and the rest of the Republican party to listen to some of Paul’s libertarian message. Afer all, the GOP is one big tent.
