NRCC hits Burner on 'Take Back' conference, FISA

Democrat Dacry Burner, who is challenging Republican incumbent Dave Reichert in Congressional District 8, is taking fire from the National Republican Congressional Committee for her trip to the heavily-Democratic Take Back America conference in Washington, DC next week.

“Voters will partly judge candidates on the company they keep,” NRCC spokesman Ken Spain told PolitickerWA.com. “Darcy Burner has produced more than enough fodder for us to keep her accountable in the fall.”

Spain also pointed to Burner’s statement that “this FISA bill that just got passed the House completely sucks.”

“Burner’s actions are not befitting of a member of Congress, nor are her far left policies reflective of the interests and needs of the district,” Spain said.
