Nickels to propose tax levy next week
By Bryan BissellThe Seattle P-I is reporting that Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels intends to release his proposal for a fall tax levy on Tuesday. The plan may include a property tax increase to pay for Pike Place Market and a large Parks levy.
