Acting on a tip from Tri-City Herald's Chris Mulick, the Politicker has confirmed that Eatonville's Raymond Harper is running for State Representative, position 1, in the 2nd Legislative District.
Harper faces Jean Marie Christiansen in the Democratic Primary, and the winner will meet incumbent Rep. Jim McCune in November.

Raymond Harper, a career Boeing employee since 1978, has served on the Eatonville town council for four years, including a three month stint as acting mayor, and was the Eatonville planning commissioner.
