Democratic candidate Darcy BurnerThe National Republican Congressional Committee sent out a press release today citing today's Seattle Times article that hints at the idea that many still see as too inexperienced in the public sector.
The NRCC says in the release that voters chose to elect Rep. Dave Reichert over Burner in 2006 "because she lacked credibility and experience" and suggests today's article show that is still the case. They go on to call her an "opportunist" and a "professional candidate", and mock her detailed Responsible Plan for Iraq troop withdrawal as merely "burying her head in a few books for six months."
"Darcy Burner might be good at producing YouTube videos but she has never produced any real results for the people of Washington's 8th Congressional District," said NRCC spokesman Julie Shutley.

How Meta of the NRCC
How Meta of the NRCC. They make the claim that Darcy Burner lacks experience (regardless of the fact Dave Reichert never had any when he was elected, but I digress), and a Seattle Times reporter writes an article that makes note of their claim, and so now they put out a press release about the article.
Perhaps one day they'll bother to actually talk about Reichert's accomplishments in Congress... oh wait, they can't because he has none.
Bummer dude.
