Gregory announces candidacy in 30th

Carol Gregory (D-Federal Way), former president of the WEA and staffer for Gov. Booth Gardner and King County Exec. Ron Sims, has announced her candidacy for Rep. Skip Priest's seat in the State House for the 30th Legislative District.

"We keep coming back to the same challenges. I decided that my background in public education and job training could make a key difference in solving some of our toughest issues," said Gregory in a press release.

She hopes to make education, expanding transportation opportunities and fiscal accountability a priority in her campaign.
