Poll: Gregoire 50, Rossi 48
By Bryan Bissell, PolitickerWA.com ReporterA new poll from KING 5 and SurveyUSA shows the Washington gubernatorial race continuing to be tight. The survey, completed August 11 and 12 from 718 state voters, asked "If you were filling out your ballot for Governor right now, would you vote for (choices rotated) Republican Dino Rossi? Or, Democrat Christine Gregoire?"
Results showed Gregoire with 50 percent of the vote and Rossi with 48 percent with a margin of error of +/- 3.7 percent.
The same poll asked voters about the superintendent of public instruction race. Respondents chose Randy Dorn 43 percent of the time, compared with incumbent Terry Bergeson at 32 percent. 16 percent were undecided and 9 percent chose other.
On the topic of Initiative 1000, known alternately as the death with dignity initiative by proponents and the assisted suicide initiative by detractors, 51 percent of respondents said they were leaning toward voting yes compared with 26 percent leaning toward no and 23 percent undecided.

Christine Gregoire represents the corrupt King County Democrats, while Dino Rossi represents the corrupt Republicans, and we all know who the Demopublicans serve - Bill Gates and his corporate cronies.
Let's face it; the gubernatorial campaign is a lost cause (again). Don't let it distract you from other important races...like Superintendent of Public Instruction (SPI).
The media drone on and on about Terry Bergeson and Randy Dorn, who have all the corrupt endorsements and money. In fact, Bergeson and Dorn have been working together for years, and both have many scandals around their necks.
One candidate for SPI is raising Hell. He has more information on his campaign website (and discusses more issues) than any other candidate in this race. Indeed, he could probably blow any of the gubernatorial candidates out of the water.
We've stood by and watched George W. Bush and the Vichy Democrats flush the economy down the toilet. Can we at least rally behind our schools, behind the children who will inherit our mess?
