Rossi back on the trail

After a bit of a hiatus following a slowdown in Republican Lincoln Day Dinner fundraisers and the rollout of his transportation plan back in April, Dino Rossi is heading back out on the campaign trail next week.

The Republican gubernatorial candidate will be appearing Monday at the American Legion Memorial Day service in Lacey, and then on Thursday he will appear at the Arc of King County's award ceremony. Other elected officials speaking at the Arc event are Rep. Skip Priest (R-Federal Way) and Sen. Adam Kline (D-Seattle), a Gregoire supporter. Both events are open to the public, but the award luncheon requires an RSVP.

Rossi will also be at the state Republican convention on Friday, May 31 beginning at 9:30 AM. Tickets for that event cost $150.

awards luncheon

Sen Adam Kline and Rep SKip Priest are attending the luncheon as supporters of the Arc of King county, but are not speaking.
Dino Rossi has been invited, as a long time supporter of people with disabilities, to speak. Gov Gregoire has sent a taped message for the luncheon.
